- Massage therapy and/or physical therapy, as applied depending on the patient’s injuries

Once treatment is completed, we will send a packet to the patient’s car accident attorney containing information that can prove helpful in case they are filing for a personal injury claim. This packet will have the patient’s medical records, billing ledgers with remaining balances, and a final report on their impairment rating.
